October 31st, 1986: In the once-quiet town of Possum Hollow, two 11-year-old kids are gearing up for some Halloween hijinks! Before a fun-filled night of trick-or-treating Donny and Tami venture up to the old farmhouse where Harry, the crazy old farmer, suddenly thrusts them into a nightmare. Now trapped deep down in his dungeon on a pile of bones, they must break out and find their way back home. They will face hordes of heinous haunts, monstrous bosses and environmental hazards as they make their way through the various landscapes of Possum Hollow and fight to save their town from the curse that plagues it.

Hey are these standalone games, or are the stories cconnected?
The Haunted: Halloween Trilogy is a continuous, cononected story spanning three years of the town of Possum Hollow from '85 - '87. You can play them indivdually without any issues, but the story does connect and there's subtle references to things between the games.
What engine is used to make NES games?
Our games are built from the ground up, all new code (6502 Assembly), and all new parts for the cartridges. There's no specific engine for NES games but there are tools out there if you're interested.

hey I just purchased this game in a bundle deal, but the rom is glitching I can’t even start beginning of game. Can anyone help ?
Which emulator are you using? Try Mesen or FCEUX, it definitely works on those.
I only have Delta app on iPhone
Sorry, I don't have any experience with that and don't have an iPhone to test it. I've used a couple emulators on my Android phone, currently NES Nostalgia. I'm guessing there's something similar out there for iPhone with better compatability.
